Prerequisites:
- Existing registration with Singapore Medical Council or basic medical degree from recognised universities
- Be in active clinical practice for the past 3 years
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Postgraduate training in geriatric medicine, palliative medicine and/or family medicine is preferred
For other medical professionals e.g., specialists or doctors with postgraduate qualifications, please indicate when enquiring.
You will be part of the team of nurses providing nursing care to patients in the rehabilitative, sub-acute or palliative wards.
Prerequisites:
- Existing registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum of 2 years post-training experience
- Able to work 2 or 3 rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends (flexible work schedule can be arranged)
- Advanced Diploma in Medical/Surgical/Gerontology/Palliative Nursing is an added advantage
Community Hospital
Provide support and assistance to trained nursing staff in the delivery of patient care services. This involves and includes assisting in the maintenance of a clean, orderly and safe ward environment and ensuring that that patients’ meals are served correctly and punctually.
- Assist in making and changing bedsheets
- Assist in meal preparation and serving meals to patients
- Be adept with lifting and transferring of patients
- Assist nurses in basic care of patients
- Porter and accompany patients for medical appointments
- Maintain good housekeeping of ward/general environment
- Maintain daily cleanliness of utilities, e.g. commode chairs and shower chairs
- Perform despatch duties to other departments and other hospital
Prerequisites:
- Secondary education
- Able to read and understand English
- Able to work 3 rotation shifts during weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to assist in transferring bedridden residents
- Passion to care for the elderly
Work location(s):

Senior Care Centre
- 5-day work week, full time or part time
- Porter clients
- Attend to basic nursing and general care of clients
- Serving food and feeding clients
- Provide medication assistance and simple wound dressing
- Update records of medication assistance and observations
- Assist to plan and conduct group programmes
- Attend meetings to update clients’ conditions
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the centre
Prerequisites:
- Minimum secondary education with Certificate in Healthcare Support
- Candidates with no relevant experience will also be considered

You will assess all the patients including dementia patients, compose a care plan, implement evidence based interventions and reviews. You will conduct training of Therapy Assistant and care staff periodically, quality improvement process and other administrative processes.
Prerequisites:
- Recognised Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council
- At least 2 years’ experience in dementia management and geriatric rehabilitation
- Cheerful disposition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Entry-level candidates with a Diploma in Occupational Therapy are welcome to apply.
You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide professional and quality geriatric and neurological physiotherapy/occupational therapy to patients. You are required to participate in patients’ case consultations and meetings. You will also supervise Therapy Assistants.
Prerequisites:
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy recognised by Allied Health Professions Council
- Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council
- Keen interest in stroke and geriatric rehabilitation
- Dynamic personality, is proactive, customer oriented, and with good public relation and communication skills
- Good service mindset, result-oriented and team player
